We had a wonderful stay at Drom Florence. Our room was located in a beautiful courtyard filled with fragrant trees and flowers. Claudia was so kind and inviting, and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. Florence is a beautiful city and this lovely hotel made the trip even more memorable.

This is a beautiful property for your trip to Florence. The room is spacious and clean, with nice art touches and lots of closet space. Claudia is your host and is most helpful and nice to chat with. Antonio maintains the property and serves breakfast on the terrace, he speaks Italian, Spanish and English. Claudia called us a taxi while we were leaving which was a godsend otherwise we would have had to walk to the train station- so definitely book yours in advance. The property is charming and comfortable, and the area is quiet and convenient.

O quarto é bem aconchegante e quanto à acomodação em si não há do que reclamar. Fica bem localizada, no sentido de estar no centro, porém fica a 40min de caminhada da ponte vecchio. Ótimo custo-beneficio

Claudia was attentive and quickly responsive. The room was in great condition and staff maintained it well. No problems with WiFi and for breakfast, Claudia was flexible in providing. We loved our ‘hidden gem’ close enough for lots of food and shopping options. ❤️🇮🇹❤️ we would stay here again!

Claudia was a great hostess who greeted us at the door and explained the room and comings and goings. She was gracious to hold our luggage on our last day before departing by train.

Very cute suite with what we thought was a great location in Florence. Away from the hustle and bustle but very walkable to main sites and lots in the close vicinity as well. Claudia was a great host and very responsive. Beds were comfy’ linens and towels were good. We couldn’t use the AC as it was too early in the season. But the apartment cooled off very well at night. A lovely stay!
