Claudia was attentive and quickly responsive. The room was in great condition and staff maintained it well. No problems with WiFi and for breakfast, Claudia was flexible in providing. We loved our ‘hidden gem’ close enough for lots of food and shopping options. ❤️🇮🇹❤️ we would stay here again!

Very cute suite with what we thought was a great location in Florence. Away from the hustle and bustle but very walkable to main sites and lots in the close vicinity as well. Claudia was a great host and very responsive. Beds were comfy’ linens and towels were good. We couldn’t use the AC as it was too early in the season. But the apartment cooled off very well at night. A lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay in florence. The service was wonderful and it was out of the way of the noisiness. That was many surrounding cafés and restaurants as well as grocery stores and laundromat. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was equipped. Well, the service was amazing.

Apartment spotless, well equipped kitchen. The host was very welcoming and thoughtful, always willing to help. Our stay was for 2 weeks, so Claudia left us a care package to get us started, pasta, sauce, milk, coffee, etc, as we arrived later. Property very safe, gated. Easy to walk to the Duomo, restautants, Santa Maria Novella. Many thanks to Antonio, he looked after the apartment.

Comfortable, Quiet, and Walkable

Such a sweet place in a quiet part of Florence. Most comfortable bed in three weeks of traveling in Italy. Great shower. Easy to walk to everything. Very clean and well taken care of. The owner was kind and accessible. Will definitely try to stay here again next time I am in Florence.

This "home away from home" exceeded our expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, answering all our questions and even welcoming us with a basket of local treats. There were extra amenities like a washing machine, heated towel rack, and a moka pot with freshly ground coffee. It was away from the dense tourist area, but easily walkable to many shops and sites.

Drom Florence was a dream come true! Tucked away on the quieter south side of Florence, it's a beatifully decorated B&B with every amenity you could need. Italian breakfast of coffee & croissants each day, immaculately clean room, large comfortable bed, and a bright cozy space that really helps you feel like you're on holiday. Claudia was a very responsive and accomodating host and she made us feel so welcome in Italy! Highly recommend this gem of a stay.
