Property was very clean and historic. Close to a couple bus stops as well. Staff was very kind. It was weird to leave my key behind at the front desk when I left, but they were nice about it when I didn't know. Breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast style, and the coffee was okay. Good if you don't have time to go out to a cafe for breakfast.

Receptionist Sam was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. Despite the weather being over 36°C, our room's air conditioning was already on, so the room was cool and comfortable when we arrived. A special thank you to Linda for going above and beyond to help us find suitable drinks for our children. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options and great quality throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the friendly and attentive service from the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Classic Hotel in Florence. The location was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a timeless charm that made our stay feel special. The biggest surprise was the air conditioning. We traveled throughout Europe during July, and this was, without question, the best A/C we experienced. It kept the room incredibly cold, which was a huge relief after long, hot days exploring the city. If you’re visiting Florence during the summer, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This hotel was incredible. The staff was amazing and so helpful. They received us with a bottle of wine that they were promoting. Everything in the room worked very well. The showers are a bit small but still ok. The location was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel itself was beautiful. It is close enough to walk everywhere and far enough to have a quiet evening when you want to sleep. I would absolutely go back to this hotel.

The hotel was different and somehow like a visit to your grandmothers shed with old furniture (most of them were locked and not accessible). It needs some urgent renovation, and I think you might find better in Florence for that price. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
