Camera minuscola arredata in maniera sciatta e con oggetti malandati. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e il portone d'ingresso era rotto cosa che ha portato Expedia a definire un rimborso che doveva esser fatto direttamente dal proprietario. Lasciata la struttura ricordo al proprietario del rimborso e lui dice di rivolgermi ad Expedia, e solo dopo un giro di telefonate dice di aver frainteso ma che siccome non aveva ancora prelevato i soldi avrebbe preso direttamente una cifra inferiore. Controllo la carta di credito e invece i soldi erano stati gia' prelevati il giorno prima (come ha fatto a non accorgersene?). Segnalo la cosa ad Expedia che mi assicura che il proprietario mi avrebbe contattato direttamente. Dopo 4 giorni di silenzio richiamo Expedia e ricevo l’ennesima assicurazione che il rimborso verra’ fatto prontamente, e invece scopro che il proprietario aveva addirittura prelevato di nuovo l’intera cifra. Richiamo adirato sia Expedia che il proprietario, facendo anche presente che avrei informato la polizia postale dell’accaduto, e solo arrivati a questo punto ottengo il rimborso (e se non mi fossi accorto del secondo addebito?). Esperienza pessima da tutti i punti di vista assolutamente da non ripetere. Sono sinceramente meravigliato che Expedia offra ai suoi clienti strutture come queste.
