Although I didn’t need it done, I was so pleased to have someone come to my room and make my bed. The bed was wonderful and comfy and the air conditioning heavenly! Once I figured everything out, it was great!

Clean, comfortable, well appointed and welcoming. The location is within walking distance of every important, wonderful, historic city landmark. The included breakfast, located at Ok Bar on the corner, is excellent. The best croissants! The neighborhood is full of shopping and restaurants. We found that all our needs were met. Highly recommended.

The communication with the staff began as very good, however when I needed assistance because I had not received check in information I sought support from the neighbors, I thank them for giving me support but when I finally talked to the person in charge they were very rude. The room was well kept and had all the amenities needed and the areas very close to the plaza.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good. However, the bathroom was quite small—especially the shower. Despite being 5’8” and 65kg, I still felt cramped inside. The water pressure was subpar, leading to long wait times: the hot water ran out after the first shower, forcing the next person to use mildly warm water. Lastly, the bed was excessively firm, causing shoulder pain when sleeping on my side.

We loved the location. Nice and close to things in the city center, and easy to walk around. Getting from the train station was annoying with our roller bags, but it was absolutely doable. Would stay here again.

This is the perfect place to stay in the middle of Florence for walking to everything that you will want to see. Safe and secure. (The elevator was an extra bonus - no carrying bags up the stairs.)

Property was close to the tourist areas and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast provided was plentiful. The mattress was very hard and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed is the most important thing coming back from a day out in the city, guest house needs to replace their bedding as this is what has influenced out overall rating.

Great location. Close to everything, e.g. attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants, but on relatively quiet street. This is a guest house, not a hotel. There is no concierge service but keyless entry to building and room was easy. Room not as elegant looking as picture on Hotels.con. Room was plain but a good size by budget EU hotel standards with a big, firm comfortable bed an upgraded bathroom with a nice shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Room was very clean, as were linens and towels.

El mejor alojamiento que podrán encontrar en Florencia, está muy céntrico y llegas con facilidad a cualquier lugar de Florencia caminando, está en un edifico muy bonito, la habitación está muy cómoda y a acogedora. El personal es súper atento y amable, también el check-in fue súper rápido y sencillo. Ofrecen un desayuno normal pero suficiente, y también el personal del restaurante que ofrece el desayuno son muy amables. En mi siguiente regreso a Florencia espero quedarme nuevamente aquí.

De locatie was top! Het is ongeveer 2 à 3 minuutjes lopen naar de Duomo. Verder is het zelf inchecken erg makkelijk en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

This was a really great and safe place to stay! I loved the atmosphere and the location, you can't be closer to the David and the Duomo! This place was exceptionally safe for 2 women staying alone in Florence. Check-in was smooth as well.

Cortesia del gestore, disponibilità a tutte le nostre esigenze. La struttura poi a 2 passi (nel vero senso della parola) dal Duomo è pulita, accessoriata di tutto, con un comodo letto e un bel bagno e soprattutto silenziosa. Ringraziamo ancora il gestore che ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out.
