Was very large. The location is great to take the train from Santa Maria Novela as it is literally a five minute walk to the station. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely helpful every time that we needed anything. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even took the time to show us a map of the city and offer recommendations, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the location wasn’t ideal. Although it was conveniently close to a trolley station, there were many homeless individuals in the surrounding area, which made the neighborhood feel less comfortable. The building itself was quite old, with poor sound insulation, so we could easily hear noise from both inside the building and the street. There was also a strong musty, damp smell upon entering, although thankfully it wasn’t as noticeable in our room. On the positive side, the room was very clean. However, the refrigerator wasn’t working, there was very little natural light, and the bed was uncomfortable. Overall, the friendly staff and cleanliness were definite highlights, but the noise, uncomfortable bed, and condition of the building affected our experience.

La localización es muy buena. Frente a la estación de trenes y a un paso del tram que te lleva al aeropuerto. El precio es muy razonable, considerando que Italia está muy caro. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno muy sabroso y nutritivo
