Host was excellent-very friendly and helpful and responded quickly through WhatsApp. Check in instructions were very clear. Room was very clean, bathroom was newer but compact. 10 min walk from train, so some train noise in room if you are a light sleeper-didn't bother us. Appreciated the light breakfast-fruit, yogurt, toast, packaged pasties and drinks.

If you like a short walk, quiet, clean but nothing fancy, this is a great spot. Our room was probably the smallest; with basically a bed and well maintained bathroom. When we travel we basically only use the room to sleep and clean up; so it was perfect for us.

We were greeted warmly and were checked in quickly and easily with all essential information. The location was perfect for exploring Florence but also a great base for our early morning start the following day at the train station. The hotel was quiet and I always managed to get a good sleep. The bed was made for me for every night. The bathroom was clean and they had free snacks which came in handy. Overall very decent stay.

Wonderful stay

The room and bathroom were both very clean. Bathroom was very modern. Located in a quieter area but still an easily walkable distance to the centre. The owners were also very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Great little B&B

This is a perfect little B&B for a budget stay in Florence. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the train station and 20 from the Uffizi gallery. Everything is spotlessly clean and the breakfast supply is plentiful. There is even a kettle and little fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, cosy and friendly

This Bed and Breakfast was exactly as described! Room was comfortably large with own small balcony. And this place is exceptionally clean!! Place has everything that you need for your Florence stay as it is very close to the railway station and the sights. Communication is extremely polite abd efficient! Warm recommendations!

Everything was perfect in this Beautiful small hotel, it was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, great price and great facilities, the staff were so kind and helpful, you can find everything inside the room, water, juice, breakfast, hot drinks all kinds, they dont have 24 hour reception but they kept messaging me to know the exact arrival time and i found him waiting for me, great staff

Friendly and comfortable stay

During the 3 days the staff from the BnB was really helpful and explained all the details and doubts that we have from our trip. The room is quiet clean and organized which is always appreciated. Food at the breakfast is enough to start the day. We got an issue with the strong box and they resolved in less than half hour. Gracias!

Neighbourhood location was not very desirable.

Happy with apartment but the neighbourhood location was not very desirable. This was not evident from the information provided on Hotel.com website.

Positive: Friendly and helpful host. good location 10-15 minutes walk from Santa Maria train station. Tram stop closeby.Bust station is also very close. Negative: The entrance of the flat is on the narrow alley which is not prominent. Breakfast is not served by anyone in the dinning area.you just take food ( mainly bakery stuff) to have with tea.we had our breakfast in our room as the dinning area was hot(no air con) There is no lift and it was a struggle to take luggage on the second floor. I wouldn’t say it’s value for money as I paid the similar amount for 4 start hotel in Milan.

Il centro è a 15 min a piedi. Si può fare. Il palazzo non ha ascensore. Il palazzo un po’ vecchio ma tutto ok. I treni si sentono ma con le finestre chiuso e tutto molto ovattato. Host cortesia top.

Não é exatamente um hotel, está à beira das linhas de trem da estação Novella, a 800 m da entrada. A localização é boa, mas é um local isolado, com poucas pessoas ou nenhuma circulando. O quarto e o banheiro são bons e novos. Aparenta ter sido reformado a pouco tempo. O café da manhã é simples, com a maior parte das opções industrializadas e algumas frutas. Tem cafeteira com cápsulas. O checkin pareceu do Airbnb. O único problema foi o ar condicionado em um dos quartos que reservei, mas o responsável foi extremamente atencioso e educado e conseguiu uma solução que atendeu. Recomendo para quem busca bom preço perto da estação, mas não é exigente com o aspecto do prédio e o local meio deserto. Apesar da proximidade com as linhas de trem, não os ouvi em nenhum momento da estadia.
