Awesome apartment to stay in!! And good location, about 1km walk to most big attractions in Florence. Also just down from lots of restaurants and cafes. Only downside was that the rooms aren't very sound proof, but that all depends on who's staying in the other apartments.

Host was very communicative. Security deposit was returned within a few days. We had zero issues and the property was as expected. Also, great location

O apto é excelente, amplo e bem localizado. Superou as expectativas.

Lovely property. Convenient to train station. Stairs are narrow but that is not unlike most vintage properties. No lifts for bags. No compliants from us. Clean, walking distance to all the attractions.

Little hiccups doing the self check-in as the app use to open the door failed, but Dario was able to fixed it. The area is busy w/ locals. There’s grocery & good restaurant in the area. The room is spacious & clean. The best part is the location at almost everything you want to go is within walking distance.

Great location clean property close to everything. Unfortunately the rooftop garden was not accessible as Building Maintenance is ongoing, would be nice to have known as a main reason for choice. The air conditioning didn't work, and there were three of us in our party but only two chairs we did request a third , and a lightbulb, as half apartment was in darkness. Manager acknowledged issues but was unable to help. There is a fridge and 2 hobs for cooking but no pots or pans. Check in and keys are virtual so wifi is required, im not very tech savy so wasnt keen on this. Overall a good stat, but could have been fantastic with a little effort.

The address shown on Expedia does not match the actual address of the property. It shows it being walking distance to sight see in Florence, but when we arrived, we got a message with an updated address that was a 45 minute walk away. We had to take a 20 minute bus into town to do our tours.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The host communicated with as promptly when needed. The area is fantastic and the view from the window is just amazing I traveled with my partner and I would stay here again! Note that Google will not lead you to the right end of this street. Follow the numbers on the building (check by the plaza/church)
