The room was clean and tidy, the spare bedcover had blood on it and pillows were badly stained with no cover on them, the balcony was dirty. Was nice breakfast at Cafe along road. There was a lot of stairs and no elevator. Was handy location.

The room was decent. Bathroom you were basically sitting on the toilet to shower. And try to go to the bathroom after without slipping. We were woken up by banging on the door to pay the city tax. I feel like that could have been arranged at a more suitable time or communicate it. Would not stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in. We appreciated the amenities and air conditioning. The location is great since it is walking distance to the historic center and near the bus stop, which takes you to many other site seeing areas.

our biggest complaint about the facility was the cleanliness. The blankets were stained and need to re-replaced. There needed to be extra pillowcases provided for the extra pillows. It gave us concern about how clean our bed cover was. They really was nowhere to sit together The area where the dishes in the refrigerators were located was a 6’ wide hallway that also had a sofa opposite, no table or chairs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The place is good for the price. You can do coffee and even cook if you want. We didnt cook though. There is a bus stop very close (one block away) to go to downtown if you want to avoid walking 10 blocks. Recommended. BTW, one supermarket one block away and you can use the refrigerator for cold things.

Room was great, very comfy, coffee and water setup was an unforeseen bonus, great location. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Outside the ZTL if you’re coming in a vehicle and are worried about that, but close enough to walk anywhere you’d want to go.

Huge room on the outskirts of the city centre. Lovely area with great restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean, the downside was the very hard bed as we prefer a softer bed. We would definitely come back here if we returned to Florence.

On the third floor with no elevator. Clean, safe building. Individual rooms with a common area for coffee/tea/water. Very small bathroom with the shower and toilet only separated by a curtain. Once you have a shower, the floor is wet and a bit slippery going to the toilet. Nice balcony.

Cute bedroom with little balcony but didn’t like how the toilet is in with the shower. It was very small and made it slippery. It’s also a bit further out of the main area. Nice tea or coffee bar whenever you want it.
