「The Palacio hotel was a decent 3 star hotel. The rooms were simple, but functional. The staff was friendly and breakfasts were above average. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the street because it can get a bit noisy early in the morning. 」

「We had a great stay; however, some things could be improved. Rooms are not 100% sound proof since you can hear when the custodians are in the other room, etc. Hot Tub was great, good location and good area. 」

They were helpul in every possible way, from tourist tips to arranging taxi transport. Spacious rooms were cleaned every day, and towels refreshed. I cannot think of a single reason not to book this hotel again. I highly recommend it!」

「My experience at this space was very horrible horrible horrible horrible such a big hotel but no understanding when it comes to the customer service. My experience with me and my two kids were so horrible. I book a one room with double beds and when I reached there, they told me that I have to add my kids and if I cannot pay for my kids is additional 400 and something dollars very horrible. 」

「Wonderful stay and great food 」

「This is a beautiful little spot about a 20-minute walk from downtown Paramaribo. I also stayed downtown, and can surely say I much prefer being away from the noise and crowds of the city center. Villa Famiri is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can also walk to downtown though it's not a nice walk (no sidewalks, lots of trash and standing water, lots of traffic). They have a lovely common area and pool so it's great for relaxing.
