"The staff members were very unpleasant. The room was dirty and we were falsely accused of drinking the for sale water bottles in the room. Luckily for me, I take photos of everything and prove my innocence. I do not recommend to anyone to ever stay here. Better rooms at a motel eight"

"Lovely, quiet, modern property with all the amenities you could want. The rooms include complimentary Nespresso, Path refillable water bottles and snacks, and there are water stations in each building. It’s a short 10-15 minute drive from some of the best beaches in southern California too. The guest registration building is undergoing construction right now, but there was no noise. "

"Very disappointing stay. A sprinkler in the room was already damaged when I checked in. After I checked out, the manager charged my card $75 for the sprinkler damage that was clearly already there. When I called to dispute it, the manager wouldn’t resolve the issue. The hotel was also under construction with loud noise early in the morning and the room had dirty sheets and no do-not-disturb sign in addition to the sprinkler incident. Thankfully corporate was more understanding, but with so many other places to stay in the area, I’d recommend choosing somewhere else."

"Room was nice, comfortable bed. We had a balcony but the view was awful. View of someone's yard with tons of trash. The biggest bummer was the pool was closed due to construction. Might've picked a different hotel if we had known."

"Loved the location of the hotel. One of my main goals during my stay was to visit the Sea Cliff Bluff Trail and turns out, it was right behind/walking distance from the hotel! Every staff I have interacted with were kind, loved the scent of the soap/balm they offered and had great amenities. ONE complaint would be the smell in the room, it just smelled a bit too musky (or the smell you get from leaving wet clothes out). It eventually went away by the evening after running the fan all day/letting the air out."

"Effortless checkin"

"A/C didn't work, but was repaired promptly. Fridge was set low and took nearly all day to cool. Did not find out Other than that, room was great and so was the hospitality. "
