We had the best experience! The way we checked in online and already knew what room was ours! Perfect! The room was VERY big and the beds comfortable! Nice and clean bathroom as well! Breakfast was absolutely fine and the staff nice! 5 stars from our family

Ok, not great

Well, we slept ok. Cleaning was... not bad, not great... Standard German breakfast, ok and enough, but not exciting. Walking distance to Flensburg shopping and restaurants is 3,5 km, taxi is 10-15 EUR. Overall, it's a worn-down hotel that needs more than just a quick makeover. The hotel is wrapped in staffolding so don't expect a view (Nov./Dec. 2022). Friendly and service minded staff. Parking for free behind the hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Definately prefer other hotels in the city center, but being priced twice the Hotel Nordig, we were quite happy.

Dass sie keine Rezeption gibtvwar für mich ungewohnt, dennoch ließen sich Mitarbeitende finden und auf deutsch oder englisch ansprechen - und waren dann, sobald es sich ihnen zeitlich gestattete, sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war niedlich, die Busanbindung gut und die Nahversorgung gesichert.

Vi var ikke klar på der ikke var mulighed for at købe morgenmad på hotellet, det havde vi regnet med for det stod i beskrivelsen af hotellet. Ellers var det et stort værelse til os 4, der var varmt og rent.

Forfærdelig værelse denne gang. Meget varmt og en grusum frem lugt. Det var ikke sådan et værelse vi havde bestilt og selv om vi kontaktede ejeren kunne vi ikke få et andet værelse. Det var lige det der gjorde at vi aldrig nogensinde kommer tilbage der til 😡😡😡

Rigtig godt til prisen. Rummeligt og rent værelse. Roligt hotel og virkede godt lydisoleret. Fint område med mulighed for gratis parkering.

Beskidt og ulækkert

Virkelig dårlig stand. Møgbeskidt. Der var ikke trukket ud i toilettet, så der lå urin fra tidligere gæst. Desuden stod der gammelt mad i køleskabet og det så ud som om der ikke var støvsuget. Desuden ikke mulighed for morgenmad, som der ellers står beskrevet på deres hjemmeside

Katastrofalt dårligt

Helt igennem en katastrofal! Jeg måtte forlade værelset efter 4 timer, fordi der var så koldt på værelset, at man ikke kunne opholde sig der uden sko og overtøj på. Herudover var rengøringsstandarten dårlig, og hotellet slidt.

Für eine Nacht okay, Personal habe ich nicht angetroffen. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Diverse optische Mängel im Zimmer, aber technisch war alles in Ordnung. Mithilfe des Schlüsselcode konnte das Zimmer passiert werden.

Opholdet ved betalt inkl morgenmad, men der var lukket og slukket om morgenen. Et spøgelseshotel. Sådan set fint til prisen, men det går ikke, at de overholder morgenmaden. Så hellere spille rent og skrive at der ikke er morgenmad.

Alt i alt var det fint nok

Værelset var fint stor til en familie. De har glemt at støvsuge under sengen, men ellers var det rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var enkelt og ikke specielt, vil snart sige det var en kedelig præsentation, men det kunne sagtens spises og det var friske varer. Vi kommer gerne igen.

ganske fin

ganske fortrinligt hotel,som havde nem tilgang med den mail,jeg fik dagen før. værelset var rent og pænt,masser tv kanaler(ungerne) og ingen larm. Eneste minus var ventilatoren i badeværelset der larmede voldsomt meget Rigtig god og varieret morgenmad,dejlig kaffe. klart et ok sted at overnatte for at se Flensborg.

Ingen personale. Som i intet, det var et spøgelses hotel vi checkede ind på. Dårlig morgen mad, hvor vi måtte gå på jagt efter noget personale til at komme med mad, da buffeten var tom. Der er kun personale på hotellet til morgenmaden. Man skal selv checke ind på telefonen, virkelig en underlig oplevelse, da man ikke blev gjort opmærksom på det inden

Be aware of the city tax, they want when you check out. Don’t go its 15% of the room price and the food should be deducted from the cost of the room and the tax. They want you to pay cash or that you put your card info in the phone. It’s not possible to get a receipt for this either. And it’s only when you book with hotels.com
