"What a hotel. It was quite an experience to sit in a sauna on 25th floor looking out over the city. We had a lovely room with city view. The hotel is easy to access from the ring road and have a safe parking garage under the hotel (€35 a night though). It is also in a good/safe area of the city."

"This is a beautiful 5 star hotel with very well appointed guest rooms and public spaces. Staff were welcoming and service was exceptional. The hotel's location near Grand Place and Central Station made it very easy to move/walk around the city. The only minor issue was that I was supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine and it didn't arrive to my room until late in the evening the night before my departure so no time to enjoy it :("
