「Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating.
Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went...

「I appreciated the housekeeping staff. They knocked on your door daily to see if you may needed cleaning, always polite. The room was clean, although I usually get a king bed when I stay at hotels they're were only queens available but it was very comfortable. Front desk staff was also polite and helpful. The only issue I had was that for several days I had to listen to a couple in the next room having loud sex several times a day which became annoying.」
