「The lobby is stunning, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. Check-in was abrupt and unfriendly, our keys had no room numbers, and we received no information on WiFi, pool, or check-out. The rooms were just average, and a large barking dog at the front desk made the stay noisy. Gorgeous space, but poor service and lack of communication make this hotel hard to recommend.」
