We loved this property! The room was immaculate and the towels were so fresh. It was very nice to come back from a dirty lake day and refresh. We will definitely be staying at the Hideout again!

What a lovely place, the room was exquisite. While portions of the property are still under restoration, the care and attention to detail can be seen everywhere.

Currently under renovation. Nevertheless, very quiet and the room i had was totally renovated. Very good stay. Excellent breakfast with an option to ask for your own omelette with ingredients of your choosing. When all renovation work is completed, this is going to be one of the top hotels in the area.

I clean for a living so I'm very particular about the hotels I stay in and I notice when things aren't cleaned the way they should be and this hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Hotel/motel was actually much cleaner than i had expected. Older, yes, but not dirty. Bedding was clean, everything was in working order, no broken fixtures. The a/c unit was very loud which made it a little hard to get to sleep. Hot breakfast was meh, but there is a McDonald's across the street. Also the Chicago restaurant across the street is delicious. The hotel offered a happy hour, however i did not partake. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was i work remote and...

Best Western has stepped up their game in recent years. The building layout is a little wonky, but the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable by comparison to other hotels (i.e., it wasn't a rock). The breakfast was good. They give you little sheets when you check in for you to make your breakfast selections and you hand these to the server when you go for breakfast. I imagine this cuts down on time or increases accuracy. Overall, an excellent choice for the price.

Great room - nice and big with full size fridge plus an extra kitchen sink. Plenty of pillow and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with full size lotions, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner with a nice large counter arund the sink.
It was just an overnight stay but I'd do it again. Recommend.
