"Everything was great. From the hosts Douglas and his mother were amazing. Perfect location. Everything is walkable or 10 minutes by buggy. The included breakfast was prepared fresh to order by the chef. We were extremely happy with our experience here. The people are so friendly and welcoming. "We had a wonderful stay at Vila Sal which coincided with my birthday and our anniversary. The staff were incredibly helpful from the outset, providing useful information and tips, supporting with excursions. Nothing was too much to ask. They even checked the sea conditions to help us choose which beach to visit. The stay felt very personalised, with notes and gifts in the room and staff always checking in with us to see if they could help improve our stay. Breakfast was delicious and à la carte. The açai bowl is a particular highlight! The room was comfortable and contemporary. The location is convenient being in the centre of the island with lots of dining options and the main evening entertainment options nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
