Stayed here Friday night (7/25) and was not pleased. Obviously I knew this wasn’t the Ritz, but I was expecting a decent room. First off, the room had a sort of musty smell to it. Secondly, there wasn’t an icebox available for us so we had to use all the coffee cups in the rooms for ice. Third of all, there were odd brown stains on the rolling chair in the room so I didn’t even touch it. Looks like poop or decomposition stains and given the smell of the room, I wouldn’t be surprised. Lastly, I was notified at check-in that check out was at 11am. At around 9:30am on Saturday (7/26), the cleaning lady knocked on our door multiple times after us saying “no thank you” through the door. She wouldn’t leave us alone until we opened the door and then proceeded to ask us if we’re checking out to which we replied “no.” Then around 10:45ish, ANOTHER person, male, BANGED on our door and repeatedly asked us if we were checking out. We kept saying “no not until 11” and he responded “well, are you guys almost done?” I was very nice with the staff but this is ridiculous especially for a $100+ MOTEL room for ONE night. They shouldn’t be banging on people’s doors before check out and rushing people out. Especially for this dump. I brought this up with the front lady in the morning at check-out. She apologized and gave excuses but she was no help.

From the moment we checked in I knew this was going to be a problem. The girl at check in with nose rings was not very nice. This person should not be in customer service. After we got the room we were very surprised to see it because it did not represent the photos online. Very small room, no place to put luggage , dirty walls, and a strange smell. The only thing that looked upgraded was the shower . It had a shower curtain that kept coming off the rack. The bed I believe had bed bugs that kept me scratching all night. The hotel is located near a railroad tracks and during the night the train came rumbling by every half hour so sleeping was almost impossible. We were located on the upper level and if we wanted ice ( no ice bucket in the room) we would have to walk down the hill to get any. We drove down to the hotel office to ask a question and the woman who I believe is the manager she was on the phone and never once did she look up to help us. We waited until someone else came from the back .The website also says free breakfast, which is not true. NO BREAKFAST. And then the second day the keys would not work, we had to drive down the hill to pickup new keys . We were told this happens. Also the hairdryer didn’t work , they actually brought us another but the new hairdryer didn’t blow hot air but felt as though it would catch on fire with the handle becoming very hot . Don’t stay at this hotel you will be very disappointed !!

Very basic but clean. I asked for ground floor and they were able to accommodate me. Upstairs people were very noisy but I brought ear plugs! If you bring your pets 1 there’s an additional fee per pet and 2 make sure the bed frame is flush against the wall. I had a time trying to get my cat out of there!! If you just need an economy lodging this is ok.

DUMP! Dirty and depressing Unstocked and uncomfortable Meretricious train noise all night Primitive - Internet and tv didn't work Asked for light bulbs to be changed and they were unable to accommodate. Only towels/washcloth for 1 person. Full kitchen but not stocked. No paper towels dish soap, can opener, oven mitt, etc. The 2 coffee mugs were chipped. King bed was old and didn't fit into the room. One side of the bed was up against the wall. Couch was ancient and lacked cushion. Very unhappy about a crappy place charging so much.

Liked that it was quiet. Comfortable bed. The electrical outlets need to be replaced. They were so loose that it was difficult to keep cords plugged in. I was unable to adjust the AC on my second night because the remote stopped working. There was no hot water on my second morning.

It was nice to have an area and a couple trails to walk dogs right behind the second building, very god friendly hotel. There were a few stained items in the room like chair and bedside table that made it appear not so clean, but overall stay for the price was good.

The lighting outdoors was terrible. There was no handy capped parking available near room. The soda machine would only take cash. The jetts in tub did not work. Nophone in room to contact front office.
