"The room had a strong and unpleasant odor. We told the desk clerk that we would not be checking in and would be cancelling our reservation. We were told to call Expedia and did so, Expedia customer service was unable to talk to hotel staff as their repeated calls were not answered. We were told to call Expedia again in the morning of the following day. We did so and the hotel still did not answer their phone."

"Our stay was excellent. The room had all that we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. Our housekeeper, Carmen, did a wonderful job. She got us a few extras that we requested. The breakfast was very good, with interesting Mexican themed choices. The breakfast staff were very friendly as well. We requested late check-out, and it was absolutely fine with the front desk staff. I would definitely recommend this Homewood Suites! "

"was never told that they only clean room every other day. had to call down to front desk for more bath towels. when they did finally clean our room, they didn't supply any toilet paper, again I had to ask for it and then they only gave me one roll. they should discount the room for the days they don't clean!
