「The altitude of the receptionist was awful! When I just came for check in, it looked like I was disturbing her, and not providing basic information about my stay, e.g. not telling me the breakfast information, hotel facilities until I asked. No tea bags, no coffee maker, no fridge in the room which I was quite disappointed as being a resort. Well, you may not need in Winter, but definitely need one in summer time.
