「This was a great stay! The hotel is so cute and the staff is top notch! The rooms were spacious, had plenty of shelving, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is convenient, located near stores, Darwin Ave, restaurants, and bars. It is about a 10 minute walk to the pier, but they will coordinate taxis if you need it. 「Relatively new hotel by a family who is passionate about hospitality. Huge rooms, elegantly appointed, and the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. 」

「A great property within walking distance from all the restaurants etc. They have a basic breakfast which does the job. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They even allowed us to get into the room very early after our ferry arriving into Santa Cruz. 」
