"The property is nice location and big, traveling from USA, standard are not met. Staff were nice, the rules are strict. Amenities such as swimming pool, which was very nice, but we had to pay daily or we should have booked the deluxe room otherwise we couldn’t use it. The cleanness of rooms and whole hotel were ok. I would rate that 3 out of 5 ."

The architecture beautifully connects Budapest’s past with modern luxury. Breakfast was the biggest surprise—in the best way! Everything was delicious, with an impressive variety of dishes and a made-to-order omelet station. Wonderful service, remarkable history, spectacular views, and an unforgettable experience. "Check in was very busy on arrival but staff were efficient. Room was large but furniture quite tired and worn but bed was super comfy. Again bathroom tired and needing updated, shower curtain a no for me, prefer shower screen. Breakfast was always busy but staff would find you a table very quickly. Plenty of choice in both continental and cooked, although hot buffet was barely luke warm. Fresh omelettes made to order but be prepared for long wait as always busy. Hotel ideally situated with everything within walking distance"

"The staff is very friendly. They greeted us every morning and returning from a long day of touring. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The only downside was the key operation for the lights in the room. We left one of our keys in the slot so we could return with lights. The key was taken and we only had one for the rest of our stay."
