"I’m not sure it’s possible to say enough good things about the staff during this stay. The customer service was extraordinary. After checking in, my room key didn’t open my door; when I returned to the front desk, I was, without asking, issued a voucher for a free breakfast. When I asked why I was being given that, she replied, “you shouldn’t have had to come down. Hopefully this makes up for it.” Also, I booked my stay here almost solely because of the guest-use laundry facilities. After seeing the “out of order” sign on the dryer, I approached the front desk. In just a few moments of conversation, the manager approved having a load of laundry done in the hotel facility machines by a staff member. Also, the breakfast serving staff were phenomenal."

"Hotel was poorly maintained, dirty and had a bad smell. Conditions worsened through the elevator and hallway as we made it to our room. As soon as we entered we noticed several cockroaches! We immediately left and requested a refund and the person at the counter said they were aware but the roaches were only confined to a couple rooms. I have yet to receive an email confirming refund was issued "

"My experience was very bad. I arrived and there was no staff to greet guests. Then someone from outside came in who was smoking marijuana. That same person gave me trouble with the hotel check-in. When I went up to the room, the elevator was super strange. The TV remote didn't work, the furniture was all old and stained, and when I went to bed, the bed was filthy. I had to put a sheet from the middle of the bed, which looked somewhat clean, on it. The pillows were old and uneven so I could finally rest. Breakfast ended at 9, so I couldn't have breakfast because they don't even tell you it's served until 10, like all hotels. Well, honestly, I don't recommend it. I had a terrible time."
