"Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr einfach gehalten. Wenn es stimmt, dass es einmal ein Krankenhaus war, dann sind viele Dinge verständlich. Wie zB das große, aber einfache Badezimmer. "The hotel, spa and restaurant were great. The only complaint was the standard of the room, which really could do with a revamp (especially for 300 euro a night). A better bed, unscratched floor and smart TV would be a good start. The room looked like it hadn’t had an upgrade for about fifteen years."

"We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was very calm. Staff was very friendly and honest about parking being free nearby during weekend and didn’t try to sell a space in their garage. The suite was beautiful and family friendly. A bit worn in places but cleaning was spotless and the first impression was well… impressive! Only minus was the lack of drapes for the lower window in the middle of the suite as the neighbours across the street could easily see us at night and our kids like to run around...

"Zimmer Recht eng, man weiß nicht, wohin mit den offenen Koffer, bei zwei Nächten lohnt sich das Auspacken nicht. Das Bett ist sehr schmal. Frühstück ist im Hotel zur Post, ein Stück weiter, ist aber schnell zu erreichen. Frühstück war super, alles da, Personal nett. Parken mit Zusatzkosten möglich oder auf der Straße. Im Hotel einchecken nur mit Pin (keine Rezeption)."

"We selected this hotel because of its location and positive reviews. We were in the area to visit relatives of my father’s father. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast and fika and dinner were delicious. There is a set menu for dinner, in addition to salad options. Fresh fruit for breakfast was a treat. All staff were friendly and helpful. There were even games, including chess, checkers, dominoes, and others. It was a short walk to the Doderhult Museum. We visited from Michigan, USA. "
