Der Nachttisch und die Bettumrandung waren staubig.Die Empfangsdame war nett .Aber im deutschsprachigen Wallis erwarte ich ,dass Sie deutsch spricht und nicht nur italienisch.Sie konnte uns auf unsere Fragen keine Antworten geben,und das fanden wir nicht gut.

Hotel mit passendem Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Fiescherhof. Das Hotel ist sicher ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Highlight war die Hotel-Katze, die uns beim Check-In und am Morgen vor dem Zimmer empfangen hat. Die Seilbahn auf die Fiescheralp ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar und das Hotel besitzt mit der Enoteca ein integriertes Restaurant. Das Zmorgen-Buffet war ein wenig lieblos angerichtet, aber es hat alles was man braucht.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Fiesch

Die wesentlichen Komforteigenschaften sind - wie bei einem 3*-Hotel üblich, vorhanden. Die Zimmer könnten teilweise noch etwas Überholung vertragen. Auch im Restaurant fallen Details auf, die nicht zu überzeugen vermögen. Wettgemacht wird ein etwaiger negativer Eindruck jedoch durch das äusserst freundliche Personal. Restaurant und Hotel waren bei unserem Aufenthalt völlig ausgebucht. Dennoch war die Wartezeit nicht über Gebühr lang. Schade ist, dass in dieser Enoteca kaum Walliser Rotweine vorhanden sind, obwohl sie zahlreich auf der Weinkarte erscheinen. Hier besteht noch Handlungsbedarf. Aber alles in allem eine nette und gute Adresse. Wir kommen gerne wieder bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Fiesch.

Die Architektur gefiel mir gut. Das Personal könnte etwas besser die Landessprache trainieren. Ich verlor einen Gegenstand im Zimmer und die Rezeptionistin verstand mich leider nicht.

Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The location is scenic. My only complaint is that the wifi in our room didn’t work. There were at least 4 connections available in our room but not a single one would provide internet access. However, the wifi in the lobby and restaurant was very fast.

Im Hotel wurde vom Personal nicht deutsch oder zum Teil nur wenig gesprochen. Nicht mal an der Rezeption konnte man deutsch sprechen. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht abgereist obwohl wir zwei Nächte bezahlt haben. Ich kann das Hotel keinem empfehlen.

Hôtel vintage mais tout à fait correct

Nous étions venus pour randonner sur le glacier d’Aletsch. L’hôtel est idéalement placé à 5’ à pied de la gare du téléphérique. Il est propre. Les chambres ont une bonne taille. Pour la salle de bain, le style est rétro mais cela suffit très bien pour une nuit.

Hôtel correct mais pas grandiose

Hôtel correct mais sans plus. Il n'y avait pas de linge à disposition dans la salle de bain, ni pour se doucher, ni pour s'essuyer les mains. Nous avons dû utiliser nos affaires personnelles. La personne qui nous accueilli ne parlait pas une des 3 principales langues nationales suisses (allemand, français, italien) ni l'anglais. Dommage ! Par contre, le restaurant italien situé au rez de l'hôtel est excellent.
