「The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. 」

「The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel. I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it. There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. 「Very cozy Riad. The staff are very warm and friendly! Breakfast was served at 9 and it was comforting and delicious. Fatima and her staff are great hosts. It is located really close the Blue Gate of the Medina and there are a few banks and atms, which is a plus! If you are a light sleeper, you might have some trouble sleeping because you can hear people if they come into the Riad 」
