"We liked our stay, the unit is big enough, tidy and clean, all bedsheets and towels were clean too, the hosts are very kind and helpful, always smiling which make you feel good when you enter the apartment, the price is very affordable for the good location too, many convenient store near by, I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet place in good location "

"The location is very good. Many shops nearby, public parking space, the Ören beach was awesome and free. There was a tiny kitchen with kettle and a large place to eat outside with their provided table and chairs (That is a good plus). The place was free of mosquitos and they had mosquito nets. "To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room! The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work. Was quite noisy as well. The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it! The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance. To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it."

"A lovely boutique hotel in Cunda within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, market. Parking across the street. Delicious Turkish breakfast with generous serves. Staff were friendly and courteous. The standard room was a little small but comfortable. I’m sorry I don’t speak Turkish to thank them for our short but enjoyable stay. Cunda is quiet and relaxing away from the busy-ness of Ayvalik and a short distance further if thinking about a stopover. Make sure you go to Tas Kahve for Turkish coffee or gelato and watch the coffee beans being ground by a handsome Turkish man lifting a 33 kg weight!"
