「The hotel was PERFECT for our family of four. Make sure you book the family room that consists of two adjoining rooms so you have a lot of space. The people at the hotel were super friendly and helped us when we had a food delivery issue (delivery guy went to wrong hotel and the hotel team translated and got him to us). We will definitely stay here again!」

「Uns war nicht erlaubt den Pool zu benutzen. Nach langem Hin und Her haben wir dafür bezahlt. Am Fenster liefen zwei Geräte ohne Ende, dementsprechend war es sehr laut. Der Eingang zum Zimmer war schmutzig. Das Personal erklärte uns nichts. Wlan ist sehr schwach. Das Frühstück war lecker und üppig. 」

「一見、小ぎれいに見える部屋だが、とにかく不潔。これほど客に対してサービス精神のかけらも無い宿泊経験は初めて。 100は優に超える小さな羽虫？がカーテンや壁に張り付き、窓際には虫の残骸が黒々。冷蔵庫、ミニバー、水等、一切なく、照明は天井の1灯のみ。 非常にコスパが低いが、この地だからこそ，やっていけるのかな？！」

「The host was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, when we hung a hand towel on the rack, the rack fell off the wall. The bed was two mattresses pushed together with a huge hard ridge. The rooms entered into a small common area and the door to the outside didn't close. People see in and out all night to smoke outside the door, the cigarette smoke was thicker and thicker seeing under our wide gap under our door. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. Our poorest experience in a month long stay. But...

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the slopes with convenient ski-in, ski-out access. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!」
