We didn’t stay, we checked in, went to our room, went back to reception and handed the keys back, ordered a taxi, and left, there is not a chance in hell those images represent that hotel

Renovated hotel all the way at the end of a busy Marina/downtown which makes it a quiet place. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly. Even though the room was updated there still was a slight smell of cigarettes in it:(

Top Class Hotel

This perfect hotel is situated about 15 mins walk outside of Fethiye, the Dolmus stops right outside the hotel and takes you into the centre of Fethiye, this takes around 5 mins. This is a first class hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious with massive bathrroms. Ours had a separate shower and large bath again with a shower. It was spotless and cleaned every day with clean towels. The room had "air con" and flat screen TV, well stocked mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. The pool area was again a joy, pool beds, tables and umberalla's. Pool towels were free of charge and placed out for use each day. The breakfasts were of a good standards and there was lots of choice. We ate by the pool at lunch times and again an extensive menu. The location of the hotel on its own private marina was heaven. It was quiet with the odd sound coming from the boat yard next door. The pool area was very quiet often with only us sat by it for the majority of the day - Heaven. Meals were taken sitting next to the marina with a view to die for. The staff were professional and very friendly, this hotel lives totally up to its "boutique" standard. I would give this 10/10 and am booking again for next year. Well done Marina Vista - total credit to all the staff.

Fethiye Limana 10 dakika uzaklıkta konum ve lokasyon olarak oldukça güzel, çalışanları ilgili sakin ve temiz bir butik oteli. Popüler Beachlerden olan Sea Mea Beach gibi plajlara yürüme mesafesinde. Odamız liman manzaralıydı. Çok memnun kaldık

Delux oda seçmeme rağmen balkonsuz küvetsiz küçük bir odada konakladık. Delux seçeneğinin sadece havuz ve deniz gören küçük bir oda olduğunu bilseydim daha az para ödeyip standart oda seçerdim. Marina Boutique was in a really good location, quiet and by the water. The pool and wifi was excellent, the room comfortable apart from a faint smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. The restaurant was excellent and the service and staff friendly and efficient. I will stay there again, no question.

I really like where this hotel is located. It's nice and quiet, round the end of the harbour. Lovely views across the bay. I like the fact that it also looks over the boat repair yards as this makes for visual interest and character. We stayed there because we were borrowing a boat moored there - but in fact I'd stay there again in any case. We had very good food (dinner) at a decent price, could park easily, quiet, comfortable and air-conditioned - and really good value for money. Have stayed in much more expensive marina hotels in Fethiye than this and I liked this one much better.

gone downhill

we first stayed here 1 year after it had opened a few years ago and loved it, unfortunately it does not look as if any maintenance has been done to the rooms since then! Carpets were heavily stained and if not for the free slippers I would have had trouble walking on them ugh! , wallpaper was hanging off the walls in places too. The exterior and common areas were fine and well maintained. Some of the staff were excellent and very helpful did every thing that was asked of them although some of these things should have been done already ie cups and milk at breakfast they provided cereal but had to ask for milk this was every day and not just once. Beautiful setting but I think the old report saying "could do better applied"
