Next Time in Fethiye - It Won't Be Here

Although apologetic, from the start the visit went badly. Stayed 5 days. Taken to our 2 room apartment and could not get the cardkey to work. After 3 attempts were made staff finally brought a physical key out. Door is finally unlocked then more problems followed. 1. Our air conditioning began to drip eventually becoming enough to fill two towels full of water. Not immediately resolved - it took 2 days. Consistently dripped until a repair was made. We asked for a refund and a cancellation at this point. Refused because their policy is once an invoice is given then we cannot get refunded?!? 2. No hot water in the showers for 2 days. 3. Wifi issues continually dropping in and out 4. Advertised as having a market. There is no market. 5. Banging noises on the roof at 7:30am when we called to get it explained they could not understand what we were talking about. 6. Door handle for bathroom kept falling off. 7. Pool closed at 7pm. They may say they tried to remedy these problems but there was no repair but to the air con. Resolution move next door. When I went to check out and ask for our invoice they told me it was not ready and would be emailed to me!!!

OK But....

We booked Diana Residence for one week. When we checked in, we were informed that we would be moved from 304 apartment to 104 apartment after a couple of days. I enquired the reason behind the shift but wasn't given any proper justification. This meant that we had to pack all our things from the apartment and make it ready for the move to the other apartment. We were informed that the other apartment is exactly the same as the one we were staying. It really was the same but had one difference. The location of the other apartment was close to the street where you could hear the noise of the vehicles passing by, disturbing when you are on leave and want some peace.
