I enjoyed staying at this hotel and most of the staff were friendly. My room was close to the music so if I wanted to go to sleep early I needed to wear earplugs, I would suggest asking for a room away from the music speakers. One staff member offered to turn the music down earlier than midnight which was helpful. I did have a negative experience when dealing with the manager/receptionist of the hotel. I was not told that they only accept cash when using the woman’s private shuttle car that her son was driving from the airport to the hotel. I explained several times to the woman that I did not have any cash because my debit card was taken by an ATM machine on that same day I arrived at Dalaman airport and I am trying to get in touch with my bank to receive an emergency replacement card. I offered to pay via eftpos with my digital card and also offered to transfer money directly into the woman’s bank account as an international transfer however she did not accept this and said she only takes cash as a payment. The next day I heard her yelling at a staff member on the phone about me when they called her to say I haven’t been able to obtain cash as they bank need more time. She showed very little empathy or compassion for my situation and came across as unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was not happy with how she handled my the situation.

This hotel is separate family rooms with good space and privacy the beds are hard not so comfortable. There is balcony with 2 chairs and tables . No coffee or tea in the rooms.the staff hardly speak english and they don't respond to our requests the phone was broken and we told them several times but they sent no one to fix it. The breakfast was good .the pool was nice for the kids and quite . The dinner also turkish cousins and good. Overall for a family with kids it is a convenient option . Not super but good

Otel konumu, odaların temizliği ve eşyaların modernliği güzel, Kahvaltısı yeterli düzeyde, Ancak konaklamanızın 2. Akşamında otele dondugumuzde havuz başı Meydanında davul zurna eşliğinde yüksek gürültü seviyesinde bir eğlence olduğunu fark ettik.ilk etapta bunun normal bir düğün ya da misafirleri evlendirmek amaçlı bir etkinlik olduğunu zannettik.Ancak vakit ilerlediğinde bu gürültü sebebinin otel patronunun kendi arkadaşları ve kendisinin kişisel eğlencesi için düzenlediği özel bir gece olduğunu öğrendik resepsiyon personellerinden. Sağlık sebeplerinden ötürü o akşam erken yatıp dinlenmemiz gerekiyordu ancak gece 23.30 a kadar davullar zurnalar susmak bilmedi. İçilen alkollerin de verdiği rahatlık ve sarhoslugun da etkisiyle nara atmalar kahkahalar gülmeler bitmedi.Bu zihniyet ile misafiri ağırlanan bir tesis yönetilmesi sürdürülebilir olmayabilir, Tekrar dikkat edilmesi ve otel misafirlerinin rahatlığı ve huzuru daha fazla düşünülmelidir. Aksil halde kötü yorumlar gelmeye devam eder.

küçük ama şirin bir yer

Güzel bir hoteldi sabah kahvaltısı ve aksam yemeği olarak da muhteşemdi pastane şefi her yemekte ilgilendi ve çok mutlu oldum. ilgisinden dolayı yine yolum düşerse bir kez daha kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer. teşekkürler Blue Pearl Hotel Çalışanları.

Genel olarak iyi tatil yaptık söyleye bilirim. Küçük sakin bir otel Aksam yemekleri lezzetliydi. Sabah yemeklerini cokta begenmedik çeşit azdi. Çay su her sey ucretli. 4 gün kaldik odaya sadece giriş yaptıgımız gün su bıraktılar. Dolapta hiç bir şey yoktu. Temizlik yapılmıyordu kaç kişiye söyledim resepsiyona temizlikçilere ayrı sonra temizlediler. Havuzu güzeldi

La chambre était faite tous les jours mais une odeur de tabac restait constante. Il manquait une moustiquaire aux fenêtres ce qui nous a valu des colocataires comme nous étions du côté piscine.. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant vous serez réveillé dès la lumière du jour. Les hôtes n'y peuvent rien mais si vous avez un sommeil léger éviter car il y a des groupes de touristes qui font du bruit dans les couloirs. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais sans plus.

Uygun fiyat üstün hizmet

22 23 nisan tarihlerinde 1 gecelik konakladık. Temizlik, oda, konfor, konum,kahvaltı, havuz temizliği, çalışanların ilgisi her şey muazzamdı. Sezon henüz açılmamış olmasına rağmen hizmet üst seviyedeydi. 3 yıldızlı fakat daha üst seviyede olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Açık büfe kahvaltısı oldukça yeterliydi. Park yeri sorunu yok. Havuzu pırıl pırıl. Odamız havuza bakıyordu, büyük ve konforluydu. Sezonda yine gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Für eine 2 tägige spontane Buchung war es OK zu dem Preisleistung mit Frühstück. Wir haben nur zur Übernachtet genutzt. Lage liegt mitten im Ort.
