「I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The venue was a dream, the beds comfy, and the food was wonderful. Out of my entire stay in several cities around Morocco, this was my favorite stay because of this outstanding team.」

「We only stayed one night at Hotel Sahrai, but overall we enjoyed the modern design and spacious feel of the hotel. The room had a very stylish and contemporary atmosphere, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts as well. The pasta we ordered for lunch was delicious, although the waiting time was a bit long, so we would recommend sharing if someone is in a hurry. 「Upmarket Riad on the edge of the Medina and just steps from the Blue Gate. Everyone was very helpful especially Yossime on the front desk.」

「The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. 」

「The Riad was clean, warm and welcoming. In the old madina District via small alleys. The staff were courteous,respectful and could not do enough for you. Reduane was extremely accommodating. Even walked us to a nearby restaurant we struggled to find on google maps (you have to knock a closed unsigned door to gain aceess) . Nothing was a chore and he was an absolute gentleman throughout our stay5 🌟 treatment. Thank you once again for being amazing.」
