「Place is okay not best condition. However the staff were excellent with services and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us with our luggages all the time, and also made sure we got to the Riad safely even tho we arrived midnight. 」

「Location is just two minutes from entrance to the medina. The riad was just renovated few years ago, room is classic, clean and living there was a joy. Free breakfast worth a praise, we lived there five nights and each breakfast got a slightly different bread. The owner is an elegant and super nice French lady, making us just like at home. 「This is a gorgeous riad. The ground floor rooms are beautiful as well as the inner garden. The rooms and common spaces are very clean. The rooftop is very pretty. The breakfast is Ok, including fruits, bread and pancakes. There was a problem with the piping when I was there and I had to insist quite a bit to get a new room because I was offered to stay in the room while using a common bathroom in the hallway, which was suboptimal for many reasons. 「The cooking staff and the waiter (a boy) were friendly and helpful. The Riad looked great in the lobby. My room just outside the lobby was a bit musty and having asthma I requested another room but they didn’t have any. I had trouble working the air conditioning thinking that might help but the remote battery was dead. Bought 2 and I still couldn’t get it to work. Finally able to get assistance and it helped.
