"This is a beautiful riad with a large, central, high-ceilinged room. This is the main space of the riad, and it is beautiful. The decor is lovely and finely detailed. This was the prettiest and most artful riad we stayed in during our Morocco trip. They kindly upgraded us (for free) to a nicer room that was available (we didn't even ask for this, so we appreciated it). The rooms were beautiful as well.
There is a nice rooftop area, and we sat and watched the sunset (and some of the World Cup) up there. It has an expansive view of Fes.
The riad is well-located, and it's a few minutes walk to the Medina. Fes itself is rather narrow and windy in the medina, and this area is no different.
The two men working the riad during our two-night stay were very kind and gracious.
As I said, one of the best places we stayed during our 2-week trip. Excellent."
