「Arrivés tardivement après l’heure de Check in , On a réussi à contacter la réception et ils ont été très réactifs, on a pu rentrer dans notre bungalow. Parfait 」

「the hotel provided me a two bedroom apartment duo to I was the last person to check-in. It was a short stay. Room is good however without air condition, feeling cold. a heater is not enough for the room. I suggest they should have air condition in the apartment. The reception staff is kind and warm-heart. I like her :)」
