「The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. 「Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, geen gebruik gemaakt van de Spa. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De zuiverheid van de lucht "vette eetlucht) op de gang was onprettig wat onder de kamerdeur de slaapvertrek in trok. In het restaurant kun je voortreffelijk eten met goede kaart.」

「Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying」
