"This is the second time we’ve stayed here and our stay has been brilliant. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. "Reception team and all the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel and resort were very picturesque. The team take great care of the place and it was always very clean and well kept. It was not too busy so there were always plenty of sunbeds available! "I visited in June and the property was fairly quiet and relaxed. The apartment was cleaned daily and the staff were really helpful with recommendations on places to visit. The area was close to the harbour and city centre which had lots of restaurant options and shops. I visited on my own and I felt really safe both in the property and the area itself. The only downside to the apartment was the smell from the fridge, but this wasn’t a major issue. Would recommend this property. "

"Beautiful hotel-peaceful and relaxing. The decor was beautiful and the whole hotel inside and out was kept extremely clean and fresh. The smell around the hotel, even the putside areas was lovely! We loved the comfortable loungers and there were plenty available in various areas of the hotel. We enjoyed the adults rooftop pool and the views from there were spectacular. Rooms were tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-thank you to all the lovely staff. One minor issue- the concierge. You need to double check everything as they got many things mixed up with bookings and taxis during our stay. We raised this during our stay and the manager took note of this. However, they were lovely and polite. Theh just need a better, more efficient system which I’m sure they’ll work out. Thank you. We’ll be back! "
