「This is a super cute, small boutique hotel, in downtown Waco. It was centrally located, and I could walk to all of the restaurants I had reservations at. There are cute restaurants and a roof top bar on site. And shops as well. The room I had was small but comfortable. I would totally stay here again! The only thing that can make this place better would be if it had a pool. Their website does note that they have yoga classes, but there was no yoga when I was there. Maybe they’re a website needs...

「My family felt satisfied with the 1 week stay at Residence Inn. Room is spacious enough with an open kitchen that allows us to prepare our meals. Staff is friendly and the hotel is suitably located for us to visit our son studying at Baylor. Our whole family enjoyed the stay so much.」

「There for a couple nights for a concert at Maclane. Convenient with a full size fridge.」

「First, it’s not a hotel and barely can be labeled as a motel. You’ve seen similar looking places on episodes of Cops, The First 48. $50 CASH deposit required at check in. She send us to the 7-11 but someone had stole their ATM. Candy bar wrappers in room and blood in the bathroom. Beds were sitting on what looked like church fellowship tables without the legs. We went to the concert, skipped the alcohol and made the 1.5 drive home. Motel was $85 and parking would have been $65 so we needed...

They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. The pictures on the site does not look...
