「飯店的職員非常親切、態度很好，也能馬上為旅客解決問題。我們第一天抵達時因為飛機時間較早，但他們也為我們辦理入住。」

「Spacious, recently renovated and tidy room. Caring and nice staff were always helpful. As a solo woman traveler, I definitely felt the sense of security as the driver team supports me with pick up and drop off services. Thank you!」

「Not good safety security, they use the sensor of light system, for only one person traveling doesn't feel good」

「Great place! And well priced, & located near lots of stuff. Much old world charm, tho wonderfully renovated for absolute comfort. Great room (space, bed, bathroom). Cool art thruout the place. And great bar/restaurant, with nice breakfast included & good chef. **And be sure to check out, just up the street, the great jazz spot Jozi Gold! (Free Wed nite jam session & good wkend concerts). Thx, Bannister. l'll be back!」

「Place could easily be a 7 or 8 if staff put in effort. Room was advertised as having air-conditioning, a fan, shampoo and shower gel. It had none of those and at times got very hot. Each day I had to ask for more towels and on one occasion I had to ration toilet paper because they had none. Housekeeping is available but only when requested, and even then they did not restock towels or toilet roll. Staff were often not available so I could not exit the compound to get things, often having to...

「I didn't stay at this property, my child made a reservation by mistake, I sent to the property the man at the front desk told me I could gets refund if I called Expedia. They reached out to the property no one responded so I am waiting for my refund」

「Its just an ohk place nothing more」

「Not good at all I paid when I arrived they said I paid to the wrong person and they cannot help me unless if a repay and the place was traumatised is a prostituted area is not for kids I was pissed 」

「This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night.」
