「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

Inoltre, le piscine interne ed esterne, sono state un’ assoluta coccola, dimenticavo la sauna ed il bagno turco.. pura estasi. Host was very attentive messaging everyday and making himself available, he also gave excellent recommendations with regard restaurants and places to visit. I would highly recommend both the location and the property, ideal for a couple wishing to visit for Verona for site seeing and the opera arena.」
