The room was very clean. That's the most important thing, the bed is very comfy. The only thing i would change is the seating area. The little couch was pretty worn. But still clean. So far. So good. I would come back here.

Two nights on the road. After a disastrous first night at a competitors hotel that was more expensive and just plain nasty, everything about my short stay here has been wonderful!! Highly recommend! Expedia locator and check in was very quiet, efficient, and easy to complete. Overall totally satisfied!

This hotel is basic but functional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Slightly uncomfortable bed (too soft) but plenty of pillows and linens looked fresh. Shower/tub combo and tub slightly puddled in the middle for some reason, no big deal. The location is pretty remote, but gas stations and town are a short drive away. Free breakfast/coffee a plus. Overall it does the job and I’d stay again. It’s probably the most solid choice in Fernley. 4 stars.

Loved staying at Comfort Inn at Fernley, NV. The front desk guy was super friendly and kind. The Hotel was clean and well maintained and they had good breakfast for us before we went out on our fishing days. We will definitely be back.

Checked into room, no working heater. Staff was nice and promptly moved me to another room. New room had no towels. I went to sleep. Only to wake and find my sheets and blankets and comforter were stained with blood spots. Disgusting. Not mine by the way. My key never worked. I had to go to front desk and reset my key at least once a day during entire stay. I will not be coming back here!

It's been some time since I stayed at a Comfort Inn. My last experience, about five years ago, left me underwhelmed as I found the properties somewhat run down. However, during a recent long road trip, we needed a place to stay and stumbled upon a Comfort Inn. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel had significantly improved. The lobby was inviting, the staff friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and comfortable. It seems they've made considerable efforts to enhance their guest experience.
