Limpeza e conservação deficiente.

A localização e o atendimento no café da manhã são ótimos, deixa muito a desejar na limpeza e estado de conservação dos quartos. A limpeza diária se resume em esticar os lençóis. passar um pano ou varrer o chao do quarto não acontecem, as áreas comuns também com a limpeza bem ruim. Meu quarto tinha lençóis velhos e manchados, tudo com muita falta de limpeza e conservação. Infelizmente não retornarei a essa pousada pois já fiquei em outras que estão em condições melhores e mesmo preço.

Precisa melhorar muito

É a segunda vez que eu fico e quando fui da primeira vez a pousada estava nova, o café da manhã e o atendimento eram excepcionais. Dessa vez, dois anos depois, as manutenções básicas não foram feitas, o café da manhã deixou a desejar e o atendimento somente de duas pessoas foi perfeito. O restante, trabalhava com má vontade.

Incrível! Quartos extremamente limpos e cheirosos, sem falar no conforto, a Sônia funcionária simplesmente MARAVILHOSA super simpática e solícita. O dono Helder buscou nossa bagagem na outra pousada enquanto estávamos fazendo o mergulho, e deixou toda no quarto, qdo chegamos estava tudo no quarto e com o ar ligado. O chá da tarde é perfeito! Foi maravilhoso, super indico.

Pousada maravilhosa

A pousada é muito gostosa, localização excelente (pertinho da Vila dos Remédios, com farmácia, mercadinho e vários restaurantes próximos, além de parada de ônibus a um quarteirão), bem agradável mesmo. Só não dei nota máxima por 3 motivos: o colchão de casal é antigo, ou pelo menos está bem usado, pois um dos lados estava "inclinado"; a cabeceira do quarto que fiquei nao estava cheirando bem, acredito que tem que trocar; se você tomar café da manhã após 8h30 muitas coisas vão ter acabado e não são repostas. Em um dos dias acordei mais tarde e não tinha mais frutas, nem queijo, nem pão de queijo, tive que perguntar se ainda tinham mais frutas (pão de queijo não tinha mais mesmo). Fora isso, recomendo demais. Destaqie para as funcionárias Val e Dani, maravilhosas!! A pousada estava sempre muito cheirosa e o quarto também, quando chegávamos estava limpo e com o ar ligado, bem fresco. Com certeza recomendo!

Foi muito boa. O atendimento é o ponto alto...Dona Iêda, melhor pessoa do mundo. PONTO NEGATIVO: chuveiro péeeeeeeessimo!!! O que acaba estragando a estadia. Nunca vi um chuveiro tão ruim...Tomar banho nunca foi tão sinônimo de terror. Água fraca e os furos a maioria todos entupidos. Péssimo! As fronhas grossas dos travesseiros tbm me fizeram ter uma crise de rinite.

Encantando de Noronha !!

Incrível tudo… embora em Noronha é difícil de não ser. Mas minha admiração e gratidão vai para dona Hilda e Joelma … essa dupla faz acontecer em meio a tanta coisa boa e inesquecível. A localização é maravilhosa. Acomodação sensacional e o acolhimento da pousada um dos melhores que já tive !!

Maravilhoso. Voltaria com certeza.

Gostamos demais da pousada. Os quartos estão reformados dando mais conforto, e os funcionários são muito atenciosos e queridos. A Claudinha nos tratou muito bem, e a dona Ilda faz a melhor tapioca do mundo de café da manhã. Fomos recebidos com um café da tarde pela Claudinha no dia da chegada. A pousada era muito limpa e eles tomaram todos os cuidados por conta da pandemia. Adoramos. Recomendo a todos, e se um dia voltar para Noronha, certamente ficaremos lá novamente.
