Pousada bonita, mas não vale o preço ofertado!

Me hospedei com a minha mãe e minha irmã, durante 7 dias na pousada. Em geral, é uma pousada boa, mas não vale o preço. Eu tive vários problemas, vou citar o pior que foi o chuveiro, cheguei na pousada a tarde, e quando fomos tomar banho o chuveiro só saía água fervendo realmente era impossível o banho, contatamos os funcionários e disseram que iriam arrumar, como íamos sair, fomos sem tomar banho, na volta informaram que havia arrumado, pois bem, agora só saia água gelada, no dia seguinte fomos obrigadas a tomar banho gelado, pois já era um dia sem banho, saímos e quando voltamos questionamos e eles informaram que estava arrumado, mas continuava a água gelada e assim tomamos banho novamente, no terceiro dia informaram novamente que estava arrumado e sendo bem sincera dessa vez a água só saía bem quente (mas era um quente que aguentávamos) como estávamos cansadas de falar do mesmo assunto, ficamos o restante dos dias tomando banho correndo. Além disso, a pousada parece nova, mas o quarto que estávamos estava com muito mofo e algumas áreas bem nojentas. A limpeza nao é diária, e não é boa! O café da manhã achei gostoso, as meninas tem boa vontade para servir, minha mãe tem costume de tomar café a tarde e mesmo não tendo, eles faziam. A área de lazer é bem bonita. A localização da pousada é até que boa, dá para ir andando ou a pé para os melhores lugares. No geral a hospedagem foi nota 7, mas reforço que não vale o preço. Existem pousadas mais baratas e melhores na região!!!!

EXPERIÊNCIA HORROROSA!

Para ser justo, vou começar com a parte positiva: a equipe do café da manhã (Markinhos e Henrique) foram sensacionais. Agora a realidade: tive uma das piores experiências da minha vida nesta pousada. Realizei a minha reserva na Paraíso de Noronha através do site Hoteis.com, no dia 07/03/2021, no mesmo dia e horário que um amigo que viajaria comigo. Na ocasião da reserva, havia dois produtos disponíveis para acomodação: o Superior Room, e o Apartamento Luxo, supostamente maior. Eu reservei o Apartamento Luxo, e meu amigo reservou o Superior Room. No entanto, para a nossa desagradável surpresa, quando chegamos à Pousada Paraíso de Noronha, fomos encaminhados para quartos exatamente iguais. Ao colocar a situação para o recepcionista Cícero, ele e o outro recepcionista afirmaram que todos os quartos eram iguais, e a diferença entre as tarifas pagas por mim e por meu amigo aconteceram pois eu ficaria mais tempo na pousada. Tentamos explicar a situação várias vezes para eles, que foram impacientes, grosseiros, mal-educados e insistiram em dizer que não havia nenhuma discrepância, apenas que o outro grupo “conseguiu” uma tarifa melhor. Além deste inconveniente, a pousada estava em obras, iniciando um barulho significativamente alto às 09 horas da manhã, inclusive aos sábados, domingos, e no feriado de 7 de setembro. Finalizando, na hora de pegarmos o transfer para o aeroporto no último dia, o recepcionista esqueceu de nós, e outro funcionário teve que nos levar às pressas!

Muito boa, peca no café da manhã

Pousada super nova, projeto de muito bom gosto, quarto de bom tamanho, muito bonito e limpo, amamos. Ficamos decepcionados com o café da manhã, é muito desorganizado, a comida é gostosa, mas a reposição não é imediata, existia uma parte quente que se a gente não tivesse perguntado, não seriamos informados, acho que deveria ter uma placa na mesa com as opções da cozinha ou o garçom poderia explicar proativamente quando sentássemos à mesa. A localização da pousada é muito boa, dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé, praias, mercado, restaurantes.

Pousada nova e charmosa

A pousada é bem localizada, da para ir a pé a noite jantar na Vila dos Remédios. A decoração da pousada também é bem bonita. O café da manha é delicioso e os funcionários tanto do café da manha quanto da recepção e limpeza sao extremamente educados e atenciosos e fazem de tudo para nos deixar a vontade e satisfeitos. O quarto é pequeno para uma familia. Somos um casal e uma adolescente. Mas conseguimos nos virar bem. Minha impressão sobre a poiusada foi muito boa.
