"I arrived a little late.. But was accommodated very well..and by welcoming staff, had a very comfortable stay/sleep in a double deluxe room. Great place and for the price you really can't go wrong. "We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"Located next to Hull Minster so it's extremely easy to find it. The area is safe, my room was clean and comfortable , mattress was pleasant. Daniel was very helpful and friendly so I felt like home. I got stuff from Tesco Express, which is just opposite, for dinner and breakfast. There are also in-house options for breakfast, in case you wish to use them , at a small fee and there is a fridge as well. I really enjoyed my stay and I would love to be back soon for a few more days."
