「凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭」

「Staff were very helpful and accommodating- breakfast was plentiful and had lots of variety. Rooms were clean and immaculate. Only issue was the nightclub which was loud at night and annoying. It carried on until 2/3 am every night. 」
