The spa areas are lovely and relaxing and the views from the sauna and relaxation areas are superb. We had the four course meal for dinner and the food was delicious. Great breakfast and a comfy bed. 「Nice property overlooking the Elbe river. They don't take credit cards which requires a transfer from a bank for 70% of your stay to reserve your room. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. 「Wir waren etwas zu früh, durften das Zimmer aber schon beziehen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles sauber und nett vorbereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Elbwiesen, die zum Spaziergang einladen, auch das Blaue Wunder ist mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Lärm aber draußen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.」

Too many big groups made the breakfast room crowded and the food was not able to be supplied timely. We had to wait for the tour groups leave and finally get one croissant. There were less than 10 parking spaces behind the hotel. I have been told that I either pay extra charge to park my car in the hotel's garage or park on the street.
