「The breakfast was not free, it was £11 each and they had a good variety 」

「Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you 」

「The hole stay was horrendous from staff to room I would not recommend cob webs hair in shower Staff were really unhelpful my experience was not good compared to other places Iv stay in Felixstowe the only part what was the price however i understand why now poorly maintained」

「Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy.」
