「Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay ver much.」

「Experience was flawed by the lady in charge at check in who was not in the mood to be there. Was adamant i didnt have VIP access, denied me the free daily breakfast so i had to pay for that and was unfriendly in general. She did not inform me of any deposit for later deduction of any services billed so i had to pay for everything including minor things such as a cup of coffee which is annoying and a waste of time. Service is slow and inefficient whether it be check in, room service, pool side...

「Really great spot. I'd recommend highly. Off a street with a lot of restaurants and city action but quiet. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the room is great. Has a European feel with the pool and pool bar. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in this side of town」

「I didnt like the service 」

「We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and the staff were very freindly at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The one day they even washed and ironed some clothes which was a surprise to us. The hotel rooms were spacious and very nice and the wifi also worked well. The pool area was quite small and the sun doesn't really get to it but that isn't a bad thing in the Abidjan heat. I would consider staying here again if visiting Abidjan again.」

「The accommodation served my purpose of stay. I liked the green. It should be maintained more. They do not provide sandles/slippers in the bathroom. To me, this was weird.」

「Dass man extra nach einem WC- Deckel fragen muss und diesen auch noch selbst berappen sollte sagt viel aus. Das Zimmer ist komplett renovierunsbedürftig 」

「Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.」

「Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website.」

「Excellent property, with plenty of space, pool, and grounds. Staff are generally quite helpful — and certain several particularly so, beyond what could reasonably be expected — though things can sometimes take longer than anticipated. Regular maintenance is clearly conducted. Gym could do with more updated machinery but still quite good. 」
