In the end I just blew off both days and booked another stay somewhere else myself and ate the loss avoiding booking via hotels.com. I would have never booked this property if a no refund policy was clear from the start."

"The room was comfortable modern and clean. Had all we needed. Paid for espresso in the room and was great for convenience for morning. The location was excellent just 5 minute walk to Mirabella Gardens which was main attraction wanted to see and easy walk to Old town. Overall great experience. Would recommend for nice stay in Salzburg."
