"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! keep in mind this is not a regular hotel. If reservation is made with hotels.com or similar you have to call and go through another check in process online which makes it very inconvenient after long flight. Additionally the place is filthy!!! as I walked in I encountered roaches, the linen on the bed is only a sheet and another to cover yourself and they are super dirty. The furniture you don't want to use with stains of food, the towels are dirty, the chairs broke...

"Zero communication from the booking agency. The apartment was filthy. Bed sheets, curtains, bathroom, walls, and floors are all dirty! Knats and Bed Bugs too!!!! Nenhuma comunicação por parte da agência de reservas. O apartamento estava imundo. Lençóis, cortinas, banheiro, paredes, pisos, tudo sujo! Infestado de mosquitos e percevejos também!"
