Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming through. When I approached the receptionist and asked for a different room as I had difficulty breathing, she completely dismissed my complaints. Stay away from this place.

Hôtel situé vers la place du marché, assez calme pour un 13 juillet. Propriétaires très sympatiques. A recommander pour les randonneurs. Bon rapport qualité / Prix

Parfait

Escapade de 2 jours dont une nuit à l hotel du commerce à Fécamp , à refaire avec plaisir. Petit bémol, l ’ accès au parking de l hotel est très étroit, toutes les voitures n’y entrent pas ou tout juste. Mais il y a des places de stationnement partout autour, donc pas de problème.

Hôtel trés accueillant, propre et literie confortable. Mais une insonorisation horrible ! Vous entendez chaque pas du voisin de chambre au dessus et biensur dés 6h du matin ... Les murs sont des murs de papier vous entendez absolument tous ce qui se passe a l'extérieur. Gros point faible ....

Notre séjour a été très agréable, avec un accueil chaleureux et un personnel attentionné. Cependant, il est regrettable que l'entrée dans les chambres ne soit possible qu'à partir de 15h et que le départ doive se faire à 11h. De plus, nous avons remarqué un taux d'humidité trop élevé dans les chambres, ce qui a légèrement affecté notre confort. Cela dit, l'expérience reste globalement positive.
